Six- to Eight-Pound Runs
Molten sugar changes character fast once it hits the cooling slab. Keeping our kettle pours small means two pairs of hands can fold forty-eight satin stripes or suspend stardust ribbons before the glass sets hard.
Most hard candy stops trying the moment it hits your tongue—one loud note of plain sweetness from start to finish. At our Blaisdell Avenue workshop, we cook small copper-kettle batches for grown-up palates: faceted glass lollipops, cosmic spheres, and satin-pulled drops built to shift course halfway through.
“Can you guess the flavor at first bite? Pass the jar after dinner and watch four friends land on four different answers.”
We started Bellglass because we missed confections that treated adults like curious tasters rather than rushing past with neon dye and one-dimensional punch.

We intentionally keep our exact recipes and ingredient sheets unpublished. Half the pleasure is tasting without expectations—noticing how a brisk orchard-bright opening gives way to warm, roasted depth thirty seconds later.
From twelve-faceted mineral prisms to concentric espresso-and-amber discs, our colors come from layering clear and hand-pulled aerated sugar so natural room light does the heavy lifting.
Here are three of our six signature studio creations. Each piece layers at least two contrasting flavor impressions so your first guess rarely matches your final one.
Poured during deep January evenings when the sky over Minneapolis turns ink-violet. Copper-toned sugar filaments float inside a clear dome.
Opens cool and twilight-tart, then pivots unexpectedly into a toasted, hearthside warmth with a crisp aromatic lift at the finish.
Cast in custom brass-framed molds built with help from a local retired cabinetmaker—closer to cut mineral glass than boardwalk candy.
Clean, upland-crisp brightness right on the edges, gradually melting into a grounded, mellow sweetness with a dry, lingering snap.
Pulled sixty times on our wall hook to trap fine air channels in the center while keeping the ruby-garnet outer jacket translucent.
Sunny, late-autumn tartness up front that softens into velvety caramelized warmth and an intriguing, almost savory-sweet echo.
Once a batch comes off the burner, there are no pause buttons. We pour onto oiled Carrara marble framed by solid brass bars, fold and aerate portions on our wall hook to create pearlescent sheen without opaque fillers, and assemble patterns rod by rod while the sugar stays pliable around 190°F.
Because humidity and Minnesota winter air change how sugar behaves from week to week, no two pours look identical—and we prefer it that way.
We do not mass-produce inventory to sit in fulfillment centers for months. Instead, you tell us which editions or tasting flights caught your eye, roughly how many tins or lollipop boxes you need, and when your gathering or gift date falls. We check our weekly kettle schedule and write back personally from info@lumzari-world.shop.
Ideal for dinner parties, client thank-you parcels, book club evenings, or keeping an apothecary jar on your desk.
